Campus liaisons connect their respective participating colleges with NITLE. Liaisons make decisions on behalf of their institutions about how best to engage NITLE programs, services, and networking opportunities to meet their institutions' particular strategic needs, interests, and goals and maximize the value of participation. Institutions appoint liaisons who are in touch with the rhythms of teaching and learning on their campuses, are aware of the specific needs and interests of faculty and staff, and have keen and broad understandings of the their institutions' strategic interests vis-à-vis the intersection of pedagogy and technology. Successful liaisons have the following professional qualities:
Liaisons receive bi-monthly updates from NITLE that keep them informed about available programs and services, including calls for collaboration, announcements of events open for registration, and other opportunities. These updates also include regular reminders about how to make effective use of participation in the Network..
The campus liaisons work closely with NITLE's participant relations team, Alex Wirth-Cauchon and Michael Nanfito. Alex and Michael work closely with liaisons to identify their campuses' specific needs and interests, advise them on the programs and services that best support their institutions' strategic objectives, and communicate participant feedback to appropriate NITLE staff.
If you are a member of the faculty or staff at a participating institution who is interested in attending a specific professional development program, please contact your campus liaison to express your interest. Our complete list of campus-based liaisons is organized alphabetically by institutional name. View liaisons for institutions with names that begin with:
