Technology Fellows - Multimedia Tools for Digital Teaching

The ready availability of digital text, images, audio, and video make multimedia literacy crucial in our society. Many tools for producing multimedia projects are easily available online or as part of computer operating systems. NITLE seeks an individual with experience in multimedia tools for digital teaching; specifically this person would assist NITLE and the community of NITLE participating campuses in areas such as

• designing and delivering training in teaching and learning with multimedia
• assigning and managing student multimedia projects
• finding and evaluating applications for producing and editing multimedia (especially applications that are readily available, inexpensive and easy to use)

Applicants are expected to have some previous experience training faculty and others on using multimedia for digital teaching, as well as strong proficiency as a user. NITLE will also provide the Fellow with additional training. Training delivered would take place in either face-to-face workshops or online environments.
